As an ARMO Supervisor, you will manage a team of technicians, schedule repairs, and coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations. As an ARMO Technician, you will be responsible for: Perform preventive, routine, and breakdown maintenance on flexible pipe systems and associated equipment. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues, determining the necessary repairs or replacements. Execute maintenance tasks in accordance with standard operating procedures and safety guidelines. Conduct regular inspections of assets to identify potential issues or areas for improvement. Perform functional testing of equipment to ensure operational readiness. Document findings and report any significant issues to the ARMO Supervisor. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and parts usage. Prepare and submit maintenance logs, service reports, and other required documentation to the ARMO Supervisor. Assist in tracking inventory levels of spare parts and tools. Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while performing maintenance tasks. Ensure that all maintenance activities comply with relevant industry standards and company policies. Participate in safety meetings and training sessions as required. Work closely with the ARMO Supervisor and other team members to prioritize and complete maintenance tasks. Provide technical support and guidance to junior technicians when needed. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by offering feedback on processes and procedures. Fuel your passion. To be successful in this role you will have: High school diploma or equivalent required. Technical certification in mechanical, marine, or electrical engineering is preferred. Experience in maintenance or repair roles, preferably in marine or industrial environments. Experience working with flexible pipe systems or similar equipment is a plus. Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on technical skills. Proficient in using maintenance tools, diagnostic equipment, and software. Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment. Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to safety and quality. Work in a way that works for you.
