We're hiring Pallet Builders to join the fast-paced production team at a long-standing, family-owned company that's been a trusted name in the wood products industry since 1978. No experience? No problemwe'll train you! Why You'll Love Working Here: 1st Shift: MondayThursday, 6AM3:30PM & Friday, 6AM10AM Competitive Pay: Starting at $15.00/hour and up (based on experience) Paid Weeklydirect deposit or pay card options 40 hours per week + overtime opportunity $5 copays, $5 prescriptions, and FREE telehealth services! What You'll Do as a Pallet Builder: Gather materials for daily work orders. Fit parts together to construct and assemble wooden pallets. Use basic hand tools or nail guns for assembly. Inspect finished pallets to ensure they meet quality standards. Stack completed pallets. Work in a team environment where safety and speed matter. What You'll Bring as a Preferred Candidate: Mechanically inclined or experience with hand tools Physically capable of standing, lifting, and working on your feet Willing to work in a sawmill-style environment (dusty, loud, and fast-paced) Team player with a strong work ethic Need to be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and handle frequent standing, walking, bending, pushing, and pulling.
