Medical Assistant II
We are seeking a full-time Medical Assistant II to support our Family Medicine practice onsite. Our office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm (shifts are staggered within that time frame). Our Medical Assistants play an integral part in the operations of our community-based physician practices. Dedicated to clinical support, the Medical Assistant ensures a smooth patient flow within the practice and assists in the examination and treatment of patients under the direction of physician or advanced practitioner. Required: High School diploma/GED Either BLS or Annual Manikin training including CPR and AED after 6 months of hire Preferred: Medical Assistant Course or diploma program or a minimum of 1 year professional experience National MA Certification via AAMA, AMT, NHA, or NCCT Onsite 969 Main Street 40 hours per week Regular Day (United States of America) $17.36 - $24.45/Hourly Grade 3 Newton-Wellesley Hospital is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
