Outreach Supervisor

You are the professional Outreach Supervisor we are seeking. The Outreach Supervisor is responsible to oversee the activities of Referral Coordinators (RCs) and provide them with adequate coaching and support to ensure the quality of their work and the accuracy of their monthly reports and outreach activities. Provides an array of services as related to referrals. The Outreach Supervisor also helps support call center functions under the direction of the Call Center Manager Outreach Supervisor Key Responsibilities: Provides overall supervision of Meridian's referral activities. Ensures high quality, timely implementation, and follow-up of referral activities by the RCs. Establishes a monthly work plan for Referral Coordinators. Attends events, meetings in her/his area as needed. Regular rounding on team members throughout their offices. Collects monthly activity reports from each RC under his/her responsibility. Ensures quality & accurate review of the reports provided by RCs. Ensures Expedited patient referrals to specialty offices. Reviews current and standardized referral policies and workflows to ensure efficiency. Prioritizes referrals by their urgency and addresses them in a timely manner. Working with various other departments to ensure collaboration. Participates in the selection, orientation and training of personnel. Monitors and supports call center personnel, as needed, to ensure quality standards are met. We are seeking Outreach Supervisor candidates with the following qualities: High School Diploma or equivalent; Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred One (1) year supervisory experience At least 2 years of experience working as an RC/PA preferably in a healthcare and/or Federally Qualified Health Center required. Clinical experience preferred (Nurse or MA). Fluency in Spanish preferred. Experience with electronic medical records such as NextGen, NextGen Dental.
