Maintenance Electrician
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrician to organize and facilitate the maintenance of production and facility equipment. The role requires expertise in electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical troubleshooting, as well as the ability to work on a wide range of machinery and equipment. Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and repair programmable controllers, electronics, circuit analysis, mechanics, hydraulics, and pneumatics. Use electrical test equipment as needed for repair and troubleshooting. Repair and rebuild electrical and mechanical components. Install, modify, and fabricate equipment and systems to meet production needs and schedules. Conduct preventative maintenance and corrective maintenance on conveyors, hydraulics, starters, oils, motors, and pumps. Work on all facility equipment, ranging from toilets to forklifts and other machinery and appliances. Essential Skills
Minimum of 4 years of industrial maintenance experience. Experience with conveyors, hydraulics, motors, pumps, and starters. Strong PLC troubleshooting skills. Experience with 3-phase, up to 1000V motors. Must possess own tools. Additional Skills & Qualifications
Heavy PLC programming and troubleshooting experience. Experience with troubleshooting VFDs and PLCs. Skills in plumbing, automation, installation, mechanical repair, and robotics. Experience in facilities maintenance, maintenance mechanic tasks, wiring, machine repair, industrial repair, mechanical maintenance, and mechanical troubleshooting. Why Work Here

The role is based in a non-climate-controlled plant, which can get very hot in the summer due to machinery and weather. The facility processes and bends metal with coil coatings, and the maintenance team consists of 10 members, including new hires. The team collaborates closely with production workers and forklift drivers. The shift runs from 7am to 4pm, with the possibility of overtime once training is complete. Employees must be flexible as hours increase. Steel toes are required, with other PPE provided, and the dress code includes jeans, a work shirt, and hair tied back. The facility is older, requiring problem-solving abilities to repair and maintain equipment efficiently. Job Type & Location
