Applicants must be within driving distance to our Alpharetta, GA office to be considered for this role and have the ability to commute to the office a minimum of three days per week. A day in the life. As an Employee Health & Benefits Client Executive, you will: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the employee health and benefits market. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients through networking, referrals, and outreach efforts. Conduct presentations and proposals to prospective clients, showcasing the company's offerings and value proposition. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and nurturing strong relationships. Understand client needs and objectives, providing strategic guidance and support to enhance their employee benefits programs. Share responsibility for overall strategic management and focus of client engagement. Collaborate with clients to design and implement employee health and benefits plans that align with their goals and budget. Conduct needs assessments and market analysis to recommend appropriate benefits solutions. Lead the renewal process for client accounts, including market analysis, proposal development, and negotiations with carriers. Analyze and present renewal options, ensuring clients understand the implications of their choices. Stay informed about changes in health care regulations and compliance requirements, advising clients accordingly. Ensure all client plans comply with federal and state regulations, including ACA, ERISA, and HIPAA. Provide clients with regular reports and analytics on their benefits programs, including utilization, cost trends, and employee feedback. Use data to identify opportunities for improvement and cost savings. Work closely with internal teams, including account management, underwriting, and customer service, to ensure seamless service delivery. Prepare and participate in sales presentations, strategic assessments, RFP responses, open enrollment, and other client-related meetings. Provide consultative and strategic planning for clients, under the direction of the Producer(s). Prepare, analyze, and present reports for clients, including quarterly reports, renewal analysis, and ACA reporting. Our future colleague. We'd love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience. 10+ years of work-related experience with demonstrated proficiency in multiple disciplines/processes related to the position. Strong knowledge of health and welfare benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and ancillary products. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of in-depth financial analysis and business acumen to interpret and discuss a client's financials and state of the industry. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and benefits administration software. Relevant certifications (e.g., CEBS, SHRM) are a plus.
