Work Shift: Night (United States of America) Core Responsibilities and Essential Functions:
Direct Patient Care Coordination of Services for Episode of Care Patient / Caregiver Education Communication and Documentation Staff Education and Professional Development Complies with all WellStar Health System policies, standards of work, and code of conduct. Required Minimum Education:
High School Diploma Accounting Other / Certificate Nursing Required Minimum License(s) and Certification(s):
BLS-I - Basic Life Support - Instructor or BLS - Basic Life Support LPN - Lic Practical Nurse Required Minimum Experience:
Minimum 1 year medical/surgical nursing practice in an acute care environment Preferred Required Minimum Skills:
Positive leadership, problem solving skills, strong organizational and time management skills. Strong assessment and clinical skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to write and follow directions to patients homes.
