Asbestos/Abatement Foreman
The Asbestos Supervisor will supervise asbestos abatement projects, ensuring compliance with government and other regulatory agencies. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing all aspects of asbestos abatement projects, from initial containment to final clearance. Responsibilities
Supervise and execute asbestos abatement projects according to regulatory standards. Ensure project compliance with environmental regulations and management practices. Conduct asbestos inspections and removal operations efficiently. Lead a team in construction field restoration, industrial cleaning, remediation, and restoration. Travel locally within the assigned region and occasionally out of state, with compensation for travel expenses provided. Maintain clear communication with team members and stakeholders. Essential Skills
2-3 years of experience as an Asbestos Foreman. Asbestos Supervisor Certification: AHERA 40-hour for supervisor. OSHA 10/30 certification. California Driver's License. Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in construction field or related work such as lead abatement and industrial cleaning. Hazwoper 40 and Lead abatement certifications are a plus. Strong leadership and reading comprehension skills. Ability to pass a complete background check and drug test. Why Work Here?
