Warehouse Inventory Coordinator

The targeted hiring range for this full-time position is $40,400 - $52,500 depending on qualifications; however, the expanded salary range provides opportunities for advancement. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and job location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, competencies, experience, and relevant education, training or a combination of these things and market demand. General Purpose of Job: The Warehouse Inventory Coordinator has a key role in managing warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, and shipment logistics. This role supports daily inventory functions, shipment processing, and cross-departmental communication to ensure operational efficiency and timely order fulfillment. Essential Duties: Coordinate inventory transfers to other departments and verify incoming shipments to ensure accurate scanning and proper receipt. Conduct cycle counts, inventory reconciliations, and support continuous improvement through root cause analysis. Process small package and Factory Second shipments using RWSC and route large or special orders through third-party logistics providers (e.g., CH Robinson). Release, sort, and manage warehouse orders, including weekly Canadian shipments; maintain accurate inventory records and adjust for backorders. Communicate with internal teams, retail stores, and customer service regarding order updates, availability, cancellations, and modifications. Generate and manage shipping documentation including BOLs and packing lists; reprint or correct documentation as needed. Review weekly reports to ensure orders are picked, invoiced, and properly processed. Qualifications: Required Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or technical certification in logistics, supply chain, or related field is a plus. Minimum of 2 years' experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, or logistics. Proficiency with inventory management and shipping software (experience with RWSC and third-party logistics systems preferred). Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience communicating effectively with internal teams, external partners, and customers.
