Summary: The Washington College of Law needs to hire a part-time graduate student to help with the preparations for the ABA (American Bar Association) site visit. Responsibilities: The job will be working with Adeen Postar, Director, Pence Law Library, as the chair of the committee to do the following: Combine Trello entries to compile a master ABA Site Visit Evaluation Questionnaire, with attachments and cover pages as necessary and required. Work with the Self-Study Subcommittee to compile the info and assist with editing and proofreading. Prepare Master AALS document and required attachments with correct formatting. May assist in ordering and organizing the site teams workroom and materials. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: Part-Time. Current AU graduate student. The incumbent should start in early to mid-September 2025. Estimated hours needed are 10 to 15 hours per week. Salary Range: $20 per hour. Required Education and Experience: This person should have excellent written and oral communication skills and have advanced experience using Word and Excel. Experience with Trello is a definite plus as is editing academic documents. Other Details: This position is available only to enrolled American University students.
