ISC Implementation Leader

The ISC Implementation Leader coordinates with various teams to assess and resolve network issues, leads problem-solving projects, and ensures timely implementation of solutions. Conducts situational analyses, formulates hypotheses on product, process, or method issues, and identifies cause-and-effect relationships. Leads problem-solving projects and programs from start to finish, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and leveraging expertise across the PS network to expedite resolutions. Responsibilities: Documentation: Develops action plans and oversees their execution, utilizing various systems and tools. Implementation: Ensures timely deployment of actions by coordinating with others. Communication: Liaises with Tier 1, 2, and 3 networks to assess the intake and criticality of problems or customer requirements. Collaboration: Partners with Engineering and Quality teams to investigate specific issues or customer needs. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in engineering, project management or other relevant discipline. Master's Degree, preferred. 10 years industrial manufacturing experience. BD-PS PFS and ADDS product technical and value chain knowledge. Knowledge in pharma device or drug delivery industry, preferred. Scientific background with mechanical, industrial, physical or Chemical expertise. Experience in investigation or root cause analysis. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Has the level of seniority to manage others through influence and technical expertise. Customer facing experience or skills. Strong drive and bias to action. Engineering degree or ample technical carrier experience. Medical device and/or pharmaceutical background. Experience working on MedTech of Pharma regulated industry. Firsthand experience on BD PS products, processes and methods. Data driven. Fluent in English, business and technical communication skills. Problem solving skills such as Six Sigma, Lean or related OPEX tools. Ability to work on a multidisciplinary team environment. Project management knowledge. Customer facing skills, being able to present complex issues and propose resolution.
