Electronics Engineering Technician
We are looking for a hands-on Electronics Engineering Technician to join our engineering team. This role involves supporting board-level hardware development, troubleshooting, and testing in a fast-paced R&D environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable with lab tools, and capable of performing root cause analysis down to the component level. Key Responsibilities
Perform board bring-up and functional testing of electronic assemblies. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues at the component level using standard lab equipment. Conduct root cause analysis and document findings clearly. Support engineers with prototype development and validation. Use electronic CAD tools (Altium preferred) to review schematics and layouts. Maintain lab equipment and ensure proper calibration and usage. Solder components including fine-pitch SMT (down to 0402)

Qualifications Proficiency with standard bench tools (oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, etc.). Familiarity with electronics CAD tools (Altium preferred, others acceptable). Strong understanding of electronic components and circuit behavior. Ability to read and interpret schematics and PCB layouts. Experience with soldering and rework techniques (especially SMT) is a plus. Years of experience are less important than hands-on lab skills and troubleshooting ability. Experience Level
Entry Level The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
