Enterprise Account Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Enterprise Account Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities across mid-market and enterprise accounts. You will lead sales efforts around digital services, AI solutions, and IT staff augmentation offerings. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated sales professional with a strong network, proven track record in complex consultative sales, and a deep understanding of the enterprise technology landscape. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Sales Strategy

Drive business growth through outbound sales activities, target account selling, networking, and attending events. Leverage strategic partners and channels to create business opportunities. Collaborate across departments to generate leads and close deals.

Pipeline & CRM Management

Build and manage a robust opportunity pipeline using HubSpot CRM. Conduct strategic deal reviews, forecasting, and proposal reviews. Maintain discipline in sales lifecycle tracking and reporting.

Client Engagement

Research and understand client needs, challenges, and pain points. Lead proposal creation and delivery, including written documents and oral presentations. Develop long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

Market & Domain Expertise

Stay current on ISHIR services, industry trends, and AI innovation. Understand and articulate ISHIR's competitive differentiators and value proposition.

Networking & Outreach

Represent ISHIR at local and industry events. Support marketing efforts to build brand awareness and generate demand.

Qualifications Minimum 7 years of experience selling complex IT consulting, digital services, or staff augmentation (SaaS-only experience not preferred). At least 2 years of experience in AI-related sales. Proven ability to close six-figure deals with mid-market and enterprise clients. Demonstrated success in consultative selling and solution-based engagements. Strong understanding of project lifecycles and implementation services. Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Proficient in prospecting, cold calling, and email outreach. Familiarity with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) is a plus. Experience with HubSpot CRM or similar tools. Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for technology and innovation.
