to design and implement enterprise data solutions that support our analytics and operational reporting needs.

Develop and maintain data models, data warehouses, and cloud-based data platforms to support analytics and reporting Architect and optimize

Azure SQL Database, Data Factory, and hybrid cloud solutions

for scalability and security Oversee

ETL pipelines

using

SSIS, Python, PowerShell, and API integrations

to ensure seamless data flow between systems Establish data governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational data standards Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals Design efficient queries, indexing strategies, and data partitioning for high-performance data solutions Support the integration of AI-driven analytics and automation into Deaconess's data ecosystem What You Will Need

Required:

Bachelor's degree in

Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems , or related field 5+ years of experience in

data architecture, data engineering, or database development Expertise in

SQL Server, Azure SQL Database, SSIS, and Data Factory Proficiency in

Python, PowerShell, C#, and API-based data integration Experience with

BI tools like Power BI and Tableau Strong understanding of

data modeling, database performance tuning, and data warehousing Familiarity with

data governance, security, and compliance

in a healthcare environment Preferred:

Experience with

Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, and Snowflake Hands-on experience with

RPA (UIPath) integration into data workflows Familiarity with

machine learning and AI-driven analytics
