Structural Revit Technician
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Structural Revit Technician to join our engineering and design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing accurate and high-quality structural drawings using Autodesk Revit and other BIM tools, supporting the delivery of engineering solutions across a wide range of construction projects. Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain structural BIM models using Autodesk Revit Prepare detailed 2D and 3D drawings, plans, and documentation for building structures including steel, concrete, timber, and masonry Coordinate with engineers, architects, and other technicians to ensure models and drawings meet project specifications Implement and adhere to company and industry BIM standards and protocols Participate in clash detection and resolve coordination issues through collaboration Manage drawing revisions, updates, and file organization throughout project lifecycles Requirements
Associate degree or diploma in drafting, design technology, or a related field Minimum 23 years of experience working in a structural drafting or BIM technician role Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and related BIM tools Strong understanding of structural design principles and construction documentation Excellent communication and teamwork skills Attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem-solving Preferred Qualifications
Experience working on commercial, residential, or infrastructure projects Familiarity with Navisworks, Dynamo, or other BIM-enhancing software Basic knowledge of structural engineering codes and practices Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
