Lead LVT Responsibilities Mentor and guide our tech/assistant team to grow skills and teamwork Partner with veterinarians to deliver gold-standard patient care Oversee training, workflow, and adherence to best practices Administer treatments, perform diagnostics, and monitor anesthesia Maintain equipment, manage inventory, and ensure smooth daily operations Communicate with clients as a trusted care advocate Required Credentials: Licensed Veterinary Technician in the state of New York, or an experienced veterinary technician working toward your license in the next 6 months. 3+ years' experience (leadership/mentorship preferred) Skilled in animal handling and calm under pressure Strong communicator and team player Vetspire experience is a plus, but not required What's in It for You: Salary: $30.00-$41.00 an hour, to commensurate with experience Flexible work schedules Health Care, Life Insurance, & Disability:
