Oversees all training and guidance for all travel agents and clerks. Oversees efficient scheduling and coverage for retail department. Oversees the travel services provided for Corporate Level Management in accordance with defined policies. Responsible for developing new group travel packages. Responsible for marketing and promoting weekly travel packages specials. Handles complex customer issues in order to resolve customer concerns efficiently and in a timely manner. Handle personnel-related matters, including but not limited to interviewing, hiring, and training, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and discharging team members. Analyze inventory levels, prepare store and conduct quarterly inventory according to policy. Maintain a clean, organized, and well stocked gift shop and warehouse. Other duties as assigned. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration preferred. At least 4 years of Sabre computer experience required. Must be at least 21 years of age. Must be thoroughly knowledgeable about the product lines and retail operations. Must be skilled in analyzing, projecting, and implementing a budget. Must have excellent customer service and communication skills. Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.
