Lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of advanced analytics products that enable data-driven decision-making across global operations. Partner with senior leaders to define vision, prioritize initiatives, and ensure measurable business impact. Key Responsibilities
Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Integrated Business Planning (IBP) analytics solutions.
Translate business objectives into analytics product requirements and manage the backlog.
Partner with developers, data engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
Drive adoption and change management for analytics products across the enterprise.
Measure and communicate business value and ROI of analytics initiatives.
Ensure alignment with enterprise data strategy and governance.
Facilitate the ideation and creation of analytical solutions for various functions.
Capture requirements and suggest improvements for analytical processes.
Collaborate extensively across cross-functional teams and the organization.
Drive the development and deployment of analytical solutions, fostering analytics and insights that yield positive business outcomes.
Ensure the development of Insights aligns with the End-to-End (E2E) Enterprise Operations focus and business objectives.
Act as a key resource to support and drive analytics initiatives.
Ensure a high level of customer value and satisfaction through extreme ownership.
Promote the adoption and usage of analytics tools and insights.
Support training of analytic tools.
Ensure timely and efficient delivery of solutions.
Serve as a steward of your analytics by generating insights for business use cases.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
Requires mastery level knowledge of specialty area and working knowledge of several other areas, typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience. May have deep knowledge of project management. Requires a Baccalaureate degree (or for degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree which satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R.
214.2(h)( 4)(iii)(A) and minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience. Nice to Have
Experience with AI/ML productization.
Familiarity with Snowflake, SQL, Power BI, and modern data stacks.
Product Owner or Agile certifications (CSPO or CSM).
Experience in Agile methodologies.
10+ years in analytics, data, or product roles with at least 3 years in analytics product ownership or product management.
Proven experience in roadmap planning, stakeholder management, and Agile delivery.
Strong technical understanding of data platforms, BI tools, and cloud ecosystems.
Exceptional communication and influencing skills at the executive level.
Fluency in English.
