Join our dynamic team as a Supply Chain Manager, where you will lead the planning and purchasing team responsible for global supply planning, freight and brokerage operations, import/export compliance, and regulatory matters related to international trade. Responsibilities: Oversee collaboration with contract manufacturers and outside service providers to manage order quantities, lead times, and the buy/sell process for all procured goods. Provide direct leadership for shipping, receiving, and warehousing personnel. Manage U.S.-based supplier relationships, including price negotiations, lead-time control, and commercial agreements. Lead demand forecasting efforts in collaboration with production and engineering teams to ensure product availability. Analyze supply and demand data to maintain optimal inventory levels and service performance. Partner with customer service and sales teams to meet and exceed client expectations. Work closely with engineering and manufacturing partners to support product development and speed to market. Develop scalable supply chain processes to support company growth and innovation. Essential Skills: 10+ years of experience in aerospace supply chain or purchasing, including at least seven years in a leadership role. Experience in aerospace manufacturing and CNC machining preferred. Strong use of ERP systems as a primary tool to accomplish work. Bachelor's degree strongly preferred. APICS certification is a plus. Strong scheduling skills APEX certified. Additional Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience managing and developing high-performing teams. Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Self-starter with a strong balance of strategic thinking and tactical execution. Strong organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and follow-through. Capable of managing multiple priorities with a results-driven mindset. Experience leading change initiatives that deliver measurable improvements. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to influence across departments and with external partners.
