As one of the largest screenprinting and embroidery manufacturers in the U.S., we produce apparel, hats (Zephyr Headwear to be specific), stickers, and novelty socks for the resort market, supported by over 1,000 amazing team members nationwide. Our customers include resorts, destinations, and retailers that count on us to bring their brands to life through apparel and accessories that wow. We are looking for a strategic, results-driven, servant leader to join our Blue 84 Resort division as a Sales Manager. You will partner with another Resort Sales Manager (territory split) to lead a growing team of 60+ independent and company sales reps. Together, you will shape sales strategy, drive growth, and inspire performance in the resort apparel, headwear, and accessories market while delivering on our promise to WOW Our Customers. This fully remote position requires 25 to 40 percent travel to represent the brand, build relationships, and strengthen partnerships. What You'll Do
Drive Growth & Strategy - Partner with sales, business, marketing, and product teams to shape bold growth plans, launch key initiatives, and keep our brand ahead of resort market trends. Lead & Expand Key Accounts - Own strategy and relationships with top resort accounts, wow customers through strong connections with reps, buyers, and store owners, and represent the brand at trade shows and industry events. Inspire & Develop Sales Talent - Mentor reps to exceed goals, think creatively, and grow their territories- expanding sales funnels and building lasting customer partnerships. Set the Course & Measure Success - Define sales territories, set ambitious goals, track performance metrics, and share progress with transparency and impact. Build & Keep a Winning Team - Recruit, onboard, and retain exceptional sales talent, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and achievement. Be a Cultural Catalyst - Serve as a cultural leader, building strong internal relationships, inspiring collaboration, and energizing teams around a shared vision. What You Bring To The Table
Proven Sales Leader - 5+ years in sales and sales management (resort or apparel markets a plus), leading high-performing, results-driven teams. Industry Passion - Genuine enthusiasm for resort apparel, hats, and accessories- selling, customizing, and staying ahead of trends is in your DNA. Tech-Savvy & Data-Driven - Proficient with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred), Excel, PowerPoint, and more; skilled at turning numbers into smart strategy. Relationship Builder - Trusted partner to internal teams and external key accounts, fostering long-term loyalty and results. Confident Communicator - Clear, persuasive, and approachable, both in writing and speaking, leading with confidence, care, and a sense of humor. Agile & Adaptable - Nimble, open-minded, and always improving in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Culture Champion - Embody our values, put the team first, and leave ego at the door.
