Paid training, certifications, and ongoing support Competitive pay with commission + performance bonuses Free BODY20 membership & product discounts Flexible schedule that fits personal goals Fitness-casual dress code & collaborative culture Learn the business end-to-end with a path to leadership or even business ownership What You'll Do: Run InBody scans and EMS training sessions Deliver exceptional, personalized service to every member Coach proper form and equipment use (may involve moving up to 50 lbs) Set up, adjust, and operate EMS and studio equipment to BODY20 standards Stay current on all services, programs, and products Attend coach trainings and team meetings Must-haves: Great communication, integrity, and a warm, energetic presence Strong time management, organization, and follow-through Tech-comfortable and professional National PT certification CPR/AED 13 years of fitness coaching experience Passion for fitness and helping people feel their best Our Code: Fitness shouldn't compete with family or career.
