Solder Assembler
Join our team as a Cable Assembly Operator, working on the first shift from 5am to 1:30pm, with potential OT availability on some Saturdays. This role involves basic manufacturing, assembly, labeling cables, packaging, in-process testing, and operation of basic hand tools within the production/manufacturing environment. MUST be knowledgeable with soldering to PCB. Perform bench-top assembly using various manufacturing equipment for prepping, stripping, tinning, crimping, and soldering medical cables. Accurately record process documentation. Interpret, read, and follow all work instructions and engineering drawings. Comply with all safety requirements including manufacturing practices, procedures, standard operating procedures, and documentation. Utilize basic measurement skills with hand tools and electronic equipment such as rulers, scales, micrometers, and calipers. Proficiency in assembly and soldering. Experience as an operator in a cleanroom environment. Ability to use hand tools effectively. Minimum 3 to 6 months of experience, preferably 2 to 3 years for higher compensation. Experience in soldering, particularly with medical devices. Basic computer skills.
