Your journey starts nowprotect and innovate with MANTECH! MANTECH is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Cybersecurity Analyst to join our team in Doral, FL. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: The Senior Cybersecurity Analyst monitors and secures information systems, identifies potential risks or breaches, and develops strategies to prevent security incidents They identify information system and network vulnerabilities by conducting regular audits They install and use software, such as firewalls and data encryption programs, to protect sensitive information They develop and implement effective security policies and protocols They respond to security incidents and provide detailed Incident Reports They conduct penetration testing to simulate attacks, identify weak points, and work with the IT Team to establish Disaster Recovery Plans They stay up-to-date on the latest intelligence, including hacker methodologies, to anticipate security breaches They educate the workforce on information security through training and awareness programs They also recommend security enhancements to management or senior IT staff The Senior Cybersecurity Analyst provides direction and mentorship to subordinate staff Minimum Qualifications: BA/BS in field necessary to assume Cybersecurity Analyst duties and a minimum of 9 years years of relevant Cybersecurity Analyst experience. High School and 4 years of additional experience or Associate's Degree and 2 years of additional experience may be exchanged in lieu of a required Bachelor's degree A candidate holding a relevant Master's degree may be granted 2 years' experience credit for that extra education. A candidate holding a relevant PhD degree may be granted 4 years' experience credit for that extra education. 5+ years of position-specific relevant experience. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field. Strong understanding of firewall administration, incident detection, firewall architecture, and intrusion detection systems. Knowledge of risk assessment tools, technologies, and methods. Experience designing secure networks, systems, and application architectures. Knowledge of disaster recovery, computer forensic tools, technologies, and methods. Experience planning, researching, and developing security policies, standards, and procedures. DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level III certification, CompTIA Security+, 8570 CSSP certification. Desired Qualifications: Master's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field. Experience supporting DoD programs and cloud-based technologies. Professional certification (e.g., CISSP, CISA, CISM, CEH, etc.), ITIL Foundation certificate. GIAC (e.g., GCIH, GCIA, GMON), AWS Certified Security

Specialty, Google Cloud Professional Cloud Security Engineer, or Azure Security Engineer Associate. Experience at a DoD Combatant Command (e.g., SOUTHCOM, NORTHCOM, CENTCOM, CYBERCOM, INDOPACOM, EUCOM, AFRICOM, STRATCOM, TRANSCOM, SOCOM, SPACECOM) or a component is desired. Clearance Requirements: Must be eligible for or have a current/active Secret Eligible clearance. Physical Requirements: The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
