Maintenance Technician
We are seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians to join our team and ensure the smooth operation of our equipment. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and servicing up to 150 machines, focusing on mechanical components, hydraulics, and pneumatics. Your role will involve responding to daily maintenance calls and executing a preventive maintenance program. You will work with voltages up to 480 volts, with a primary focus on 24-volt controls. Responsibilities: Handle hydraulics and pneumatics systems effectively. Swap out motors and execute preventive maintenance tasks. Collaborate with a team of 9 technicians across various shifts. Address oil leaks and complete scheduled preventive maintenance tasks. Change O-rings for hydraulic circuits as needed. Essential Skills: Proficiency in mechanical troubleshooting. Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics systems. Capability to work with electrical systems up to 480 volts, focusing on 24-volt controls. Additional Skills & Qualifications: Experience in plastics troubleshooting is beneficial. Familiarity with schematic and electrical systems. Knowledge of plastic materials and components. Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $66560.00/yr. Health, Dental, Vision, (All start 1st of the month following 30 days of employment) 401k-Starts 1st of month after 90 days. Workplace Type: This is a fully onsite position in Elwood, IN.
