Quality Manager: Set, direct, and support priorities for the Quality team Develop departmental metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives Manage NCRs, inspections, SPC, gauge maintenance, and cost of quality Lead problem resolution and customer quality issue responses Liaise with customers and attend supplier conferences Review 8D reports and corrective actions Actively participate in APQP, FMEA, and quote review meetings Maintain IATF 16949 certification and improve Quality procedures and manuals MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. Quality Manager: BS in Engineering or equivalent technical experience 5-10 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, preferably metalworking Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards Automotive industry experience preferred Skilled in leadership, problem-solving, and process improvement Excellent communication and team-building abilities What's on Offer
