Marcus & Millichap is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our Commercial Property Auctions team in our Fort Lauderdale, FL or Orange County, CA office. We're seeking a self-starter who is creative, detail-oriented, and dependable. The ideal candidate delivers high-quality work on time, takes initiative, and is committed to supporting the team and exceeding expectations. This role is a full-time, in-office position. Key Responsibilities:

Design and produce marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, postcards, presentations, proposals, offering memoranda, and email campaigns using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, & Canva). Coordinate and approve social media content and posts created by Corporate Marketing Team, maintain a proactive marketing communications schedule for Auction Brokers. Build and deploy email blasts and marketing campaigns through platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Constant Contact, or MailChimp. Provide creative direction on layout and production of deliverables, ensuring consistency with corporate branding and style guides. Work with third-party vendors to advertise listings and support campaign needs. Assist in creating and updating floor plans, site plans, and other graphic elements as needed. Conduct research to create accurate and compelling marketing content. Proofread and edit marketing materials for accuracy and quality. Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, or related field. 3+ years of relevant experience in marketing coordination and graphic design, preferably within real estate. Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator). Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook). Experience using email marketing and marketing automation tools (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Constant Contact, MailChimp, etc.). Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices, including social media strategy and corporate branding. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong grammar and attention to detail. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Strong creative and design aesthetic, with the ability to develop effective visual solutions. Ability to work independently and collaboratively, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach. Exceptional customer service, project management, and prioritization skills. Additional Preferred Experience:

Familiarity with HTML and basic web design principles. Experience in commercial real estate marketing. $34 - $36 an hour
