At eero, our mission is to serve as the central nervous system of the home. While we began by revolutionizing home WiFi, we aim to create comprehensive solutions that serve both wireless and wired connectivity needs for customers and businesses across the globe. Our cross-functional team, spanning hardware, software, and manufacturing, develops advanced Ethernet switching and gateway products, alongside state of the art security features, to complement our award-winning mesh WiFi systems. As an Amazon company, we combine the best of startup culture with the resources and stability of one of the world's leading technology companies. Our team builds products that customers love - from mesh routers to high-performance wired networking devices - and we're looking for you to join us in shaping the future of the connected home. As a Product Manager you will lead ideation, strategy, execution, and cross-functional communication for eero's software services targeted at partners and businesses. You build products that deliver delightful and exciting connectivity that is simple and accessible for all users. You will study how our end-customers use wireless technologies and software in their homes, businesses, enterprises or communities and craft features that elevate the experience of interacting with them. Some days you will work on cross-functional high-level strategy. On others, you will be working with customer support to quickly resolve incidents in the field or collaborating with engineering into feature implementations/workflows. You will dig into details with our UX designers and engineers to build the right product for your customers, and: - Obsess over the customer experience. - Drive what matters. - See around corners. - Foster collaboration. - Be curious. - Believe in the scientific method. Key job responsibilities: You have excellent business acumen, customer obsession, technical savvy curiosity, confidence, and drive. What you'll do: - Focus on the customer. Identify key customer pain points, needs, and experience. - Define. Define the eero setup experience, app workflows, customer experiences, and execute against it. - Plan. Work cross-functionally to unify plans and align priorities, schedules, and resourcing. - Build. Define user stories, write specs, and product requirements to solve partner customer pain points. - Measure. You are in charge of defining success metrics and making sure our initiatives move the needle on the metrics you set. - Learn and iterate. After we launch each feature/optimization into the world, we learn from our user's behavior and use that behavior to drive iterations. - Optimize. Identify opportunities to use data and customer research to influence, support, and execute on our growth and engagement strategies. - Coordinate. Prioritize features across our software stack
web, mobile, APIs, eero hardware. Work broadly across design, engineering, sales, BD, and the rest of the PM org to manage requests and plan your sprints.
