As a Sales Compensation Strategy Analyst, you'll support the planning, analysis, and execution of scalable sales compensation strategies. You'll work cross-functionally with Sales, RevOps, Finance, and HR to ensure that our incentive plans are aligned with company goals, motivating to our sales team, and grounded in data. This is a high-impact role for someone who is analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to learn how smart compensation design can influence sales performance in a fast-paced SaaS environment. What You Will Do
Assist in the development and rollout of annual sales compensation plans. Support the quota-setting process by analyzing historical data, territory and/or product performance, and sales capacity. Maintain documentation and communication of sales commission policies and procedures. Analyze sales performance and compensation data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement. Provide monthly and quarterly reporting on attainment and plan effectiveness. Help streamline and document compensation workflows, including plan approvals, changes, and exception processes. Collaborate with Sales, RevOps, Finance, and HR teams to collect input and align on compensation strategy. Support the compensation team during sales kickoffs, quarterly reviews, and plan rollout communications. What You Will Bring
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field. 3 - 5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Compensation Analysis, Finance, or a related analytical rolepreferably in a SaaS or tech company. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced proficiency in Excel. Experience working with Anaplan and/or sales compensation tools (e.g., CaptivateIQ, SalesForce, Xactly) is a plus. Detail-oriented and organized, with a commitment to data accuracy and consistency. Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to present findings clearly to non-technical audiences. Curious, resourceful, and eager to grow in a high-growth, data-driven environment. Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI) preferred. Familiarity with SaaS sales models and terminology (e.g., ARR, ACV, bookings, churn, expansion) preferred. In the United States, the base salary for this role ranges from $115,000 to $191,000. In addition to base salary, we offer additional compensation including bonus eligibility and a comprehensive benefits package. A candidate's specific pay within this range will depend on a variety of factors, including job-related skills, training, location, experience, relevant education, certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
