The posted compensation range of $14.82 - $20.38 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. benefits . Responsibilities: Provides professional and compassionate care to all. Performs skills and completes documentation as required for the position. Assists with patient care as directed by the EMT or Paramedic. Assists with calling for Intercept with service offering ALS interventions as needed. Proper and legal use of radio communication. Completes all documentation according to standard operating procedures. Performs personal cares according to standard operating procedure. Demonstrates knowledge of location, set-up and assistance in the use of equipment. Assists with coordination and preparation of transfer, when necessary. Maintains requirements for age-specific competencies for the position and demonstrates the knowledge of principles of growth, maturity, and development of skills necessary to complete the job functions. Demonstrates understanding and follows infection control policies and procedures according to standard operating procedures. Maintains certification requirements specific to the position. Qualifications: High School Diploma, GED or equivalent. Basic Life Support (BLS) certified by American Heart Association (AHA). Valid ND Driver's License.
