The Facilities Manager oversees day-to-day operations for Mint Cannabis's Arcadia, FL food production and manufacturing facility, ensuring compliance with all state cannabis regulations, OSHA standards, GMP requirements, and environmental health and safety protocols. This role manages people, processes, and infrastructure to support efficient, compliant, and cost-effective production. The Facilities Manager leads operational excellence, safety, and facility maintenance while partnering closely with corporate compliance, quality, and production teams. Ready to grow with us? Facility Operations & Maintenance Oversee daily facility operations for production, packaging, and administrative areas. Manage preventative maintenance, repairs, and inspections of building systems, equipment, and security infrastructure. Coordinate with vendors and contractors for outsourced services, ensuring quality, compliance, and cost control. Oversee minor capital improvement projects and ensure timely completion. Compliance & Safety Ensure strict adherence to Florida cannabis regulations, OSHA, GMP, FDA, and environmental health standards. Conduct routine facility inspections to identify and correct safety hazards. Maintain accurate records for inspections, maintenance logs, and compliance documentation. Oversee and enforce PPE usage, SOP adherence, and safety training. Ensure the facility remains GMP audit-ready at all times. Team Leadership & Training Lead and supervise manufacturing and facility operations staff, setting schedules, assigning tasks, and monitoring work quality. Provide training on safety, compliance, and operational standards. Foster a high-performance, team-oriented culture focused on accountability, efficiency, and quality. Production & Inventory Support Partner with production leads to ensure smooth workflows and operational readiness. Support inventory management for raw materials, packaging, and finished goods to maintain just-in-time supply levels. Collaborate with Quality Management to maintain strong vendor relationships for facility and production needs. Security & Regulatory Liaison Maintain facility security systems and coordinate with corporate security leadership. Ensure proper product handling, storage, transportation, and tracking in the seed-to-sale system. Serve as a liaison with state/local regulators and law enforcement for inspections, audits, and compliance checks. What You'll Bring 5+ years of facility management experience in manufacturing, pharmaceutical, food production, and/or cannabis operations. Direct experience working in the cannabis industry with a strong understanding of state compliance requirements. Proficiency with BioTrack seed-to-sale software, including inventory tracking and compliance reporting. Strong knowledge of building systems, facility operations, and industrial equipment maintenance. Background in food manufacturing operations with compliance oversight. Hands-on experience with seed-to-sale tracking systems. Working knowledge of OSHA, GMP, FDA, and environmental compliance requirements. Proven leadership skills with experience supervising and training teams. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment. Must be at least 21 years of age and able to obtain/maintain a Florida cannabis license.
