Hoover - Lot Attendant - Full-Time
The Lot Attendant is a vital part of our operations team, responsible for maintaining a well-organized, clean, and professional vehicle lot that reflects the high standards of our dealership. This role is essential in ensuring that every customer's first impression
whether they're browsing our inventory or arriving for service
is a positive one. The Lot Attendant is tasked with organizing vehicles in a way that maximizes lot space, assists with the presentation of the dealership, and keeps high-traffic areas neat and inviting. In addition to vehicle movement and lot organization, this role supports various dealership functions including stocking refreshments in customer areas, completing basic reporting tasks, and performing other duties that contribute to an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Organize and position vehicles to maximize lot space and visual appeal Maintain a clean, neat, and professional appearance of the lot at all times Assist in stocking drinks and snacks in customer lounge areas Prepare and submit routine reports as assigned Perform other duties as needed to support dealership operations Qualifications: High energy level and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Valid drivers license with a clean driving record Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles Strong communication and customer service skills Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities Positive attitude and strong work ethic Able to complete tasks independently and efficiently with minimal supervision Comfortable maneuvering vehicles in tight or confined spaces Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
