Warehouse Operator I - 2nd Shift

Manage all incoming and outgoing orders for the pack and river warehouses, including pulling pallets off the line, keeping empty pallets stocked at the palletizer, and staging pallets of empty bags for use on the line. Additional duties may be assigned by management. Job Tasks
Perform all tasks safely and responsibly at all times.
Accurately enter product data in MEDB or similar databases and generate Certificates of Analysis (COAs) for specific customers.
Maintain finished product quality to meet all specifications at all times.
Inspect trailers to ensure they meet Ardent Mills' food-grade requirements; reject non-compliant trailers.
Maintain sanitation standards throughout the warehouse and packaging department.
Verify that selected products match the order sheet.
Ensure bag appearance, seals, wrapping, and pallets meet quality standards.
Safely lift, twist, bend, push, pull, and climb as required.
Oversee sterile zone operations, including the final rebolt sifter and whole wheat sifter.
Collaborate with Pack Technicians, Utilities, and other Forklift Operators to support overall operational efficiency.
Follow all company policies and procedures, and assist in maintaining, updating, and enforcing plant procedures.
Skills & Experience
Willingness and ability to work additional hours, including overtime, weekends, and holidays.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
Proficient in basic computer use.
Accountability and strong teamwork skills.
Physical requirements and working conditions (with or without reasonable accommodation): Must be able to ascend and descend stairs, multiple times per day
Climb ladder, step and extension
Able to lift to 50 pounds and exert 20 pounds of force
Frequently stand, walk, rotate, bend/stoop, twist, crouch, kneel, balance and reach at shoulder level and below shoulder level
Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 50 lbs., kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting safely, with or without a reasonable accommodation
Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), including a dust mask
Ability to work in elevated areas (4 feet and above)
Team members must be clean shaven in order to perform tasks where respiratory protection is required and the use of a respirator (including N-95 dust mask) requires a proper seal for adequate protection.
