What You'll Be Steering: Lead the Crew: Manage a team of Dealer Service Coordinators who are the front-line heroes for our dealer clients. Auction Day Action: Own the dealer sales lane
assign run numbers, rep vehicles, work the "IF" counter, and upsell like a pro. Customer Champion: Be the go-to for resolving issues, answering questions, and making sure every dealer leaves happy. Cross-Functional Collaborator: Partner with ops, recon, sales, and more to ensure every vehicle is ready to roll. Digital Dynamo: Educate customers on Manheim's online platforms like OVE.com, Simulcast, and Manheim.com
and help them win big. Metrics Master: Monitor performance, staffing, and service levels to keep everything firing on all cylinders. Qualifications Minimum Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 6 years' experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and 4 years' experience; a Ph.D. and 1 year experience in a related field; or 10 years' experience in a related field 1+ year of experience in management or lead role Requires strong knowledge of customer service and sales Excellent communications skills to work effectively with teams throughout organization Preferred Degree in related discipline strongly desired Experience in automotive industry desired To be employed in this role, you'll need to clear a pre-employment drug test.
