What You'll Do:

Install, repair, and refinish flooring and tile in commercial and residential spaces.

Work with various materials, including epoxy, hardwood, vinyl, carpet, and tile.

Measure, cut, and prepare flooring and tile materials for installation.

Ensure job sites are clean, safe, and properly prepped.

Apply adhesives, grout, coatings, and finishes for a high-quality result.

Troubleshoot and resolve flooring and tile issues as needed.

Collaborate with team members and maintain a professional work environment.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in flooring installation (epoxy, hardwood, commercial, residential, or tile setting).

Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.

Ability to operate and maintain flooring and tile installation tools and equipment.

Knowledge of safety protocols and best practices in flooring and tile installation.

Excellent work ethic, reliability, and problem-solving skills.

Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work on your feet throughout the day.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (preferred).
