Our client is seeking an experienced
Application Analyst - Epic Beaker
to join their technology team. This role will be responsible for supporting, maintaining, and optimizing Epic Beaker Clinical Pathology (CP) and Anatomic Pathology (AP) applications to ensure seamless laboratory operations. This is a fully remote position.
Application Analyst - Epic Beaker's Responsibilities and Duties: Provide application support, configuration, and maintenance for Epic Beaker CP and AP modules. Collaborate with laboratory, clinical, and IT staff to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement system enhancements. Troubleshoot, research, and resolve application issues in a timely manner. Coordinate and participate in testing, validation, and end-user training for upgrades and new features. Document workflows, configurations, and system changes according to department standards. Ensure system compliance with regulatory and organizational policies. Application Analyst - Epic Beaker's Qualifications and Skills:
Epic Beaker CP and AP Certification required. Previous experience working as an Application Analyst for a healthcare provider. Strong understanding of clinical laboratory workflows and processes. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Healthcare Informatics, or related field preferred.
