Senior Strategy & Execution Consultant

to join the

Strategy, Analytics, Initiatives & Pricing team

within Wells Fargo Advisors Financial Network (FiNet)the fastest-growing channel in Wealth and Investment Management (WIM). FiNet supports independent financial advisors by providing a flexible platform, investment and lending solutions, and advanced technology to help them grow their business. With a focus on simplifying independence, FiNet empowers advisors to build a legacy while serving clients according to their own business model. This high-impact role blends strategic initiative leadership with oversight of pricing and agreements functions. You will administer advisor incentive programs, manage a $100M+ working capital loan facility for advisors, and ensure supervisory controls for accurate financial operations. You will also lead select strategic projects that enhance FiNet's value proposition in the independent advisor marketplace. In this role, you will: Administer and manage FiNet incentive programs and working capital loan program

Lead strategic initiatives that drive growth, efficiency, and advisor satisfaction

Ensure compliance and accuracy in financial transactions and agreement documentation

Partner with internal stakeholders to implement business strategies

Analyze data and performance metrics to identify opportunities and recommend solutions

Develop and maintain supervisory controls and reporting mechanisms

Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and cross-functional teams

Multitask effectively across diverse topicsfrom initiative execution to pricing analysis to conversations with advisors

Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and business needs in a dynamic environment

Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative team culture

Required Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning (or equivalent experience through work, training, military service, or education)

Desired

Qualifications: Experience in financial services, wealth management, or independent financial advisory practices

Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage complex projects

Strong understanding of incentive programs and pricing models

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Strong communication and presentation abilities with senior stakeholders

Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools

Familiarity with regulatory and compliance standards in financial services

Demonstrated ability to shift seamlessly between strategic thinking, operational execution, and stakeholder engagement

Pay Range Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates. $119,000.00 - $187,000.00
