About the role As a Sr. Technology Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing cutting-edge solutions using MuleSoft technologies. With a focus on API-Led Connectivity and Integration you will drive the development of robust application networks. Your expertise will support the company's mission to innovate and enhance operational efficiency in the Investment Banking and Cards & Payments domains. In this role, you will: Lead the design and implementation of MuleSoft API-Led Connectivity solutions to meet business requirements. Oversee the integration of complex systems using MuleSoft Integration to ensure seamless data flow. Provide technical expertise in developing MuleSoft Application Networks to enhance connectivity and scalability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology solutions with business objectives. Ensure the architecture aligns with industry's best practices and organizational standards. Drive innovation by exploring new technologies and methodologies to improve system performance. Conduct thorough analysis of existing systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Mentor and guide junior team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and development. Develop comprehensive documentation to support system architecture and integration processes. Monitor system performance and implement enhancements to ensure optimal functionality. Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote understanding of MuleSoft technologies. Contribute to the strategic planning of technology initiatives to support business growth. What you need to have to be considered: Possess extensive experience in MuleSoft API-Led Connectivity demonstrating a deep understanding of its principles and applications. Have a strong background in MuleSoft Integration with a proven track record of successful implementations. Demonstrate proficiency in developing and managing MuleSoft Application Networks. Experience in Investment Banking Operations and Cards & Payments is highly desirable. Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders. Ability to work in a hybrid model balancing remote and in-office work effectively.
