SEEKING a Haas Vertical Machining Center Set Up and Operator for an immediate and permanent opportunity with our client in Mequon.
State of the art facility, temperature controlled, well lit and highly clean and organized!
Requirements of position: Setup and operate vertical machining centers with minimal supervision to produce parts from various materials such as metal and plastic. Must have experience setting up and running vertical machining centers to apply. Read and interpret blueprints, job specs, and fabrication documents. Able to troubleshoot and solve problems on the fly. Use basic measuring tools to ensure part quality and accuracy. Accurate record setup and run times. Maintain a high attention to detail and product quality. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work space.
Seeking a high degree of mechanical aptitude. Strong understanding of measuring tools. Must be self starting and motivated and bring years of experience.
