As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst to provide financial leadership, direction, and analysis to the Information Technology function within the G&A organization. This role is integral to forecasting and managing all Legal, IT, Finance, and HR expenses, fostering relationships with business partners to ensure efficient and effective decision-making. The Sr. Financial Analyst will support the financial planning and analysis process, playing a critical role in developing clear and insightful management presentations that highlight expected outcomes, risks, and opportunities. Responsibilities
Serve as a financial business partner to the IT function within the G&A organization. Support monthly closing, financial reporting, and analysis for over $70M annual spend. Support budget and forecasting cycles and analysis. Enhance existing reporting tools and models to streamline reporting cycles and provide more insightful management information. Work with business partners to identify cost savings strategies. Execute month-end close activities, performance reporting, variance analysis, and develop actionable insights for leadership. Consolidate and analyze forecasts related to annual operating plans, periodic financial forecasts, and long-term strategic plans. Own the OneStream Work Force Planning tool for IT headcount and support projects as the company transitions ERP systems. Provide financial support and thought leadership to various value creation activities and internal finance process improvements. Pay and Benefits
