Senior Finance Manager, Supply Chain Operations
We are seeking an experienced professional to join the team as a Senior Finance Manager, NetSec. We're looking for someone with an analytical mind and strong knowledge of manufacturing financesomeone who is a self-starter, an excellent communicator, and passionate about driving change in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. In this role, you will partner with Supply Chain Operations, Product Marketing and Corporate FP&A to drive alignment of our finished goods and spares inventory, hardware firewall demand forecast and Spares/RMA forecast to ensure we plan for the appropriate supply and minimize excess inventory. As part of the process you will build and own a financial framework to model the current inventory, demand forecast, excess inventory and mitigation efforts to consume the excess inventory. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of supply chain, product marketing, corporate FP&A and accounting with direct exposure to senior leadership and significant influence over the direction of our finished goods and spares inventory, product costs and margins. Your impact will include: Building and maintaining a financial framework to model the ramp of hardware firewalls, including finished goods and spares, and drive alignment of demand forecasts between Product Management and Supply Chain. Serve as a trusted partner in providing insight into inventory levels, hardware transitions, and overall supply planning. Managing the processing of journal entries related to E&O during monthly and quarterly close. Ensure appropriate SOX controls are in place. Owning the Product and Service OCOGS forecast and driving stakeholder engagement with Supply Chain, Product Marketing and Corp FP&A Overseeing and approving journal entries for Excess Inventory with appropriate SOX documentation Building and owning financial framework to model the impact of tariff's on our product costs Your experience will include: 8+ years of finance experience with a focus on supporting Supply Chain or Manufacturing operations and delivering measurable impact. Experience with financial systems (e.g., SAP, SAC), BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and G Suite applications preferred. Ability to connect high-level analysis for executive summary Ability to distill complexity via a methodical and structured approach Proficiency in managing large datasets, applying relevant statistical frameworks and concepts, and deriving executive-level insights Excellent financial modeling skills, with understanding of software, appliances and/or internet industry business models Strong team player with excellent communication skills in an executive facing role Willingness and ability to adapt to the rapid business and organizational changes that accompany a high-growth environment Bachelor's in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or equivalent or equivalent military experience - advanced degree or qualification (e.g., CPA, MBA) a plus
