Piano Accompaniment For Cabaret
Provides musical piano accompaniment for auditions, rehearsals, and performances for the Department of Human Communication & Theatre's Fall 2025 production of CABARET. Collaborates regularly with students and faculty. Job Duties: Performs piano for all auditions, rehearsals and performances Assists Musical Director with warm-ups and vocal technique Additional Duties: Cooperates and collaborates with other employees in the spirit of teamwork and collegiality and interacts with confidence, patience and integrity to provide professional leadership during emergencies. Complies with all Trinity University policies and guidelines. Performs other duties as required. Education: High School Diploma or GED. Experience: Two years of experience as an accompanist. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Ability to work a flexible schedule including occasional evenings and weekends Ability to interact with faculty, staff and students in a professional manner Advanced musical instrument skills Advanced music theory knowledge Technical aspects of field of specialty Ability to understand and follow oral and written directions Ability to transpose and arrange music
