Pay Rate - ($28/hr. - $35/hr. - 2nd and 3rd shift) Job Description
The Process Technician will be responsible for setting up injection mold machines with the correct tool die and ensuring they run efficiently. This role involves changing out dies, maintaining robotics, and troubleshooting machine, mold, and material issues. Responsibilities
Set up injection mold machines with the correct tool die. Ensure machines run efficiently and correctly. Change out dies as necessary for different production runs. Maintain robotics associated with the injection mold machines. Troubleshoot any machine, mold, and material problems. Perform maintenance tasks to ensure smooth operation of equipment. Essential Skills
Machine operation experience. Knowledge of injection molding processes. Troubleshooting skills. Mechanical aptitude. Experience in plastics manufacturing. Additional Skills & Qualifications
Education or certifications related to manufacturing and maintenance are a bonus. Why Work Here?
