Logistics Services Account Support

This job contributes to the company's success by ensuring the highest level of account or specialized functional support for Logistics Services- supporting account and order management for our Channel business. The role supports operational and proactive issue resolution, driving customer satisfaction and supply chain compliance through effective order management, proactive communication, logistics execution, and collaboration with Starbucks partners in planning, distribution, channel, and manufacturing. Logistics, customer service Team culture/work environment: Channel development team, highly collaborative Key projects: Supporting order management for channel development Daily Responsibilities: Coordinates daily logistics operations, including order management, shipment tracking, and issue resolution to ensure timely and accurate delivery. Communicates proactively with internal teams and external partners to resolve service disruptions and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Supports compliance with logistics policies and procedures, ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to regulatory requirements. Collaborates with planning, distribution, and retail operations teams to align logistics execution with business needs. Attends meetings, contributes to collaborative problem-solving, and interacts effectively with customer teams to support operational goals. Identifies recurring issues and recommends process improvements to enhance service reliability and efficiency. Maintains accurate records and reporting to support performance tracking and continuous improvement initiatives. Interaction level with team: Highly interactive with cross functional teams and business partners A majority will be independent work Work with NACP and 3rd party external customers Technology requirements: Microsoft Office Suite Oracle or other CRM tooling experience Degree or certifications required: Preferred BA in related field (e.g., Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or Logistics) Years experience: 2+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations Experience Level: Entry Level We reserve the right to pay above or below the posted wage based on factors unrelated to sex, race, or any other protected classification.
