Fab Operator
Join our team as a Fab Operator, where you will be responsible for grinding and double-sided polishing in a semi-cleanroom environment from Monday to Friday. Responsibilities: Run finished wafers through various baths and testing. Conduct heat treatment on wafers. Package finished products efficiently. Utilize cleanroom bunny suit and personal protective equipment (PPE) appropriately. Safely transport wafers. Exercise wafer handling skills to prevent loss due to carelessness. Complete batch divide process steps as needed. Load and unload wafers on DSP tools. Stage incoming work as necessary. Process wafers through the post DSP clean bench. Enter data accurately into Excel spreadsheets and GIP, and load process recipes into production tool computers. Maintain continuous and accurate data collection and input. Adhere to 5S protocol for housekeeping of process tools and immediate floor and wall space. Perform visual inspections of wafers, both front and back sides. Conduct pad changes on DSP tools as assigned. Perform other duties as assigned or directed. Run multiple machines after gaining sufficient experience. Prepare detailed pass downs to report shift progress. Essential Skills: Experience with cleanroom environments. Proficiency in machine operating within semiconductor manufacturing. Strong quality assurance skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications: Ability to be trained and follow strict processes. Reliable attendance is critical.
