Staff Accountant
Detroit, MI | Full-Time | $75,000$110,000 per year (based on experience) About the Role:

Prepare and maintain general ledger entries, financial statements, and account reconciliations Support month-end and year-end closing processes Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting Work with internal teams and external auditors to ensure compliance Monitor and maintain accurate records for assets, liabilities, income, and expenses Contribute to process improvements and ensure accounting best practices Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 2+ years of relevant accounting experience Solid understanding of GAAP and financial reporting Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar) Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills CPA designation preferred but not required Compensation & Benefits:
