Role Overview: Analyze complex business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources to provide insight to decision-makers. Identify and interpret trends and patterns in datasets to locate influences. Construct forecasts, recommendations and strategic/tactical plans based on business data and market knowledge. Create specifications for reports and analysis based on business needs and data elements required or available. Provide consultation to users and lead cross-functional teams to address business issues. Produce data sets and reports for analysis using system reporting tools. Identify project risks and impediments; notify management; proactively work with other members of the team to complete assigned tasks as defined by project scope and timelines. Key Qualifications: EPIC Cogito Certification required Experience working in Healthcare data and analytics Be a go-getter and looking to grow Proficiency in SQL programming, relational database design principles, and Tableau / data visualization & BI tools Experience with DB2, R & Python programming is good to have Epic Caboodle and/or Clarity as well as Clinical Data Model certifications is good to have Core Skills: Comfortable communicating with stakeholders within and external to MSK.
