As a Warehouse Associate at GEA, you would be responsible for: Receive, process, label, pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment ship complete orders for SFT. Receive, examine for damages, and label incoming shipments for SFT. Counting stock and make tracking reports and keeping inventory records as accurately as possible for SFT. Review, inspect, restock and process returned customer orders. Meet regulatory compliance requirements. Train associates on safety procedures. Organize warehouse space. Operating stock management tools, for example a forklift. Adhere to GEA's health and safety policies and quality standards. Perform general warehouse duties as necessary. Able to carry up to 50lbs. Support other warehouse requirements as needed. Your Profile / Qualifications: Team Player Mindset Customer focused mindset Reliable, self-motivated, and independent worker Proven Warehouse experience, knowledge of logistics, transportation and customer service Communicative Open Ideas Willingness to learn. Forklift Certification Good Math Skills ERP and Warehouse Management knowledge (SAP EWM/WM Preferred) Excellent time management and organizational skills Physical Stamina Strong work ethics Ability to lift 50 or more pounds without assistance. Ability to stand comfortably for 6 or more hours at a time. The typical base pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be $20 - $23. GEA Group has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States. The pay range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. The estimated range is the budgeted amount for the position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.
