Finish Carpenter
We are seeking a skilled and experienced finish carpenter to complete warranty work in newly built homes. As a Residential Warranty Finish Carpenter, you will be the expert for post-construction touch-ups, repairs, and refinements, ensuring homeowners receive high-quality finishes and timely warranty service. Responsibilities
Perform finish carpentry tasks such as installing and repairing trim, molding, cabinetry, doors, and hardware. Address warranty-related issues reported by homeowners, including cosmetic and structural concerns. Conduct inspections to assess repair needs and determine appropriate solutions. Collaborate with warranty service teams, project managers, and homeowners to schedule and complete work. Maintain a clean and safe work environment in occupied homes. Document repairs and communicate progress using digital tools or service apps. Ensure all work complies with building codes and company standards. Essential Skills
Over 4 years of experience in commercial construction or residential remodel construction completing trim and finish work. Skilled troubleshooting for door and cabinet repair. Customer service experience. Ability to read a tape measure. Reliable transportation. Basic hand and power tools proficiency. Why Work Here?

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $72800.00/yr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
