Does that sound like something you can get behind?A Day in the Life of a Factory Store Sales AssociateAs a Factory Store Sales Associate at Lodge Cast Iron, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service while supporting the store's daily operations. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers with product knowledge, managing inventory, and ensuring the store is well-maintained and welcoming. You'll be the face of Lodge Cast Iron for many customers, offering product advice, handling transactions, and creating a positive shopping experience.Your role is crucial in helping our store run smoothly and efficiently. If you're passionate about retail, enjoy working in a dynamic environment, and love interacting with customers, this position is perfect for you.Responsibilities Greet customers in-store and over the phone with a friendly, helpful attitude. Assist customers with product knowledge and recommendations. Operate the point-of-sale system to ring up customers. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment. Assist with accurately receiving and stocking inventory. Forecast and order merchandise as needed to maintain inventory levels. Package and ship products when required. Safely operate forklift and/or pallet jack as needed. Provide excellent customer service over the phone and on the sales floor. Perform all other duties as required by the Store Manager.Minimum Requirements At least 1-2 years of previous retail store experience. Ability to use a point-of-sale system and related software. Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand on a solid surface for up to 10 hours or more.
