Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Forklift Operator to support daily shipping and receiving operations in a warehouse environment. This position offers a balanced mix of desk work and physical activity, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day. The role involves handling incoming and outgoing packages, assisting with deliveries to and from the adidas campus, and supporting warehouse logistics. This is a temporary position lasting up to 6 months, with the potential for permanent hire.
Key Responsibilities U nload deliveries from common carriers such as FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL, and Amazon Scan tracking labels into the internal system and stage packages for delivery Load packages into the company Mail Van for distribution to the adidas campus Assist the driver with unloading packages upon arrival at the campus Pick up outbound packages from the adidas campus and transport them to the warehouse Scan and stage outgoing packages for afternoon carrier pickups Receive and prepare freight shipments as needed Handle a daily volume of approximately 200 packages as part of a team of 3–4 staff Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work
environment
Required Qualifications A bility to perform both desk and physical tasks (standing, walking, lifting) in a warehouse setting Basic computer skills for scanning and tracking packages Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and time management skills Must be able to work Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM
to 5:00 PM
Preferred Qualifications Previous warehouse or shipping/receiving experience Forklift operation experience (a plus, but not required)
Certifications None required, but forklift certification is a plus
